A mass meeting and rally, concluding a membership campaign undertaken by the West Side chapter of the American Jewish Congress will be held Thursday evening at the Community Hall of Temple Israel, 210 West Ninety-first Street. The meeting will be addressed by Louis Nizer, Rabbi William F. Rosenbloom and Harry Hershfield.
