All Palestine citizens will be permitted to acquire private airplanes and to indulge in civil aviation, according to an official announcement published today by the Palestine government.
The announcement states that the government is prepared to encourage civil aviation in the country and that it has acquired a site for a special airport for this purpose in Lydda.
