Secretary of Labor Perkins will be the principal speaker at the Golden Jubilee dinner in honor of Mrs. Rebekah Kohut, noted author and social worker, tomorrow evening at the Hotel Commodore, it was announced today by Fannie Hurst, chairman of the sponsors committee. At the dinner, which marks Mrs. Kohut’s fifty years in social work, she will be presented with $50,000 for distribution among various organizations and charities. Other speakers: Mrs. August Belmont, Mrs. Felix Warburg, Henry Morgenthau, Miss Anne Morgan, Mrs. Arthur Brin and Rabbi Stephen S. Wise.
