Berlin (Dec. 11)
Polish Jews of Germany will hold a three-day conference beginning Dec. 26, it was announced here today, to consider their economic situation and to map plans for organizing emigration from the Reich.
Interest in the conference is heightened as a result of the large scale deportations of Polish Jews which began in various parts of Germany yesterday.
The conference will also seek to get representation for the Polish Jews, of whom there are about 50,000 in Germany, on the Union of Jews in Germany and other central organizations.
Diplomatic representatives of the Polish Government are expected to attend the conference.
