Adolph S. Ochs, late publisher of the New York Times, is the target of an attack in today’s issue of the Stuermer, anti-Semitic weekly published by Julius Streicher, high priest of anti-Semitism. The attack centers on the plans, announced shortly after Mr. Ochs’ death, to plant a grove of trees in his memory in Palestine.
