The House of Commons heard an admission today that the Government is aware that arms traffic is taking place in Palestine.

Major George F. Davies, Lord Commissioner of the Treasury, declared on the floor, in reply to an interpellation, that the munitions traffic was limited and that the Government was taking all possible steps to prevent it.

Major James Milner, Labor M.P., who made the interpellation, asserted that secret arming is proceeding rapidly in the Holy Land, adding that Arab, Japanese and Greek agents are importing cheap arms into the country.
