A Charlottenburg court today approved the action of a Nazi official in depriving his wife of the right to incur debts because she had employed two Jewish lawyers.
In dismissing her action against the official, the court referred to her having hired the Jewish attorneys and ruled that “such an act proved she was not fulfilling her duties to her husband.”
