Foreign Secretary Anthony Eden declared in the House of Commons today that representations were made in Rome recently about the spreading of anti-English propaganda in Palestine from the Italian radio station and wireless sets.
He added that the situation concerning spread of anti-British propaganda among Palestine’s inhabitants were being carefully watched.
The statement was made in reply to a query by Oliver Locker-Lampson, Conservative, who said weekly broadcasts were made to Palestine and India in native languages.
