Lord Marley, English statesman, appealed to the Polish Jews during a lecture here on the Jewish problem to understand Great Britain’s difficult position in Palestine, the Polish Telegraphic Agency reported today.

He said that the solution of the Jewish problem was not possible through philanthropy alone and that colonization was the only efficient way. A national Jewish center in Palestine was helpful, he said, but conflict between the Arabs and Jews prevents a complete solution within Palestine’s borders.
