A pamphlet signed by James N. Rosenberg, Dr. A.J. Rongy and Edmund I. Kaufmann was issued today “in order to inform those who favor the so-called World Jewish Congress project of the widespread opposition thereto from all quarters of the United States.”

In its conclusion, the pamphlet appeals specifically to the delegates to the national electoral conference for the congress at Washington urging them to postpone the congress for the time being “and we will cooperate with you in a sincere effort to find a way of accomplishing unity of method among us.”

The pamphlet lists names of persons and organizations who have expressed opposition to the immediate holding of a congress.
