Ephraim Sieff, pioneer Manchester Zionist and father of Israel M. Sieff, vice-president of the English Zionist Federation, died Friday at the age of 75, it was made known here today. A friend of Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, he was one of the first Jews in Manchester to espouse the cause of modern Zionism.
