The Daily Mail claimed today to have uncovered evidence that current disorders in Palestine were being supported from Moscow.
The paper featured a report from Jerusalem alleging that police raided the home of suspects and in the midst of a meeting discovered a receipt and counterfoils showing that the Soviet Department for Near East Propaganda had sent large sums to Palestine.
The documents were written in code and in invisible ink, the paper asserted, adding that a number of arrests had been made and an investigation was in progress.
