A call to local Arabs to help their brothers in Palestine has been issued by the Syrian Patriotic League in a press statement.
The statement quotes a message received from Cairo:
“The situation in Palestine has grown worse. Hundreds of Arabs have been killed and wounded. Do not believe the statements of the British administration. Help our land with protests and contributions.”
The statement adds that “Palestine is being flooded with thousands of Jews who have fled from Germany and are being supported in Palestine by England.”
