Jewish refugees from Spanish Morocco, who escaped on a British steamer and were landed at Gdynia, arrived here today reporting that the rebels have arrested and placed in concentration camps as pro-Government suspects all East European Jews in that territory.

They declared the rebels were distributing anti-Semitic pamphlets everywhere and broadcasting anti-Jewish speeches on the radio.

Wealthy Jews were reported by the refugees to be fleeing territories held by Government forces which, though not anti-Semitic, is confiscating all capital.

A dispatch from Paris yesterday reported that all Jews in the town of Melilla, Spanish Mordcco, had been imprisoned in concentration camps by the rebel forces.
