LONDON (Aug. 5)
The unofficial Arab delegation left for Palestine today after having spent several weeks in England in an effort to create a favorable public and official attitude toward the Arab cause in the Holy Land.
The Evening Standard reports the Government will not grant suspension of immigration as a concession to Arabs since it does not wish to engage in bargaining while the general strike is still in progress.
A decision either to continue or suspend immigration will be taken in London, the paper states.
Government circles are reported as voicing the belief that the Arab revolt, in progress since April 19, will not last more than a few weeks.
