Swastikas painted on the door leading to the praesidium’s platform greeted delegates this morning when they assembled for the second session of the World Jewish Congress.

Despite police guarding all entrances to the League of Nations Assembly building, where the sessions are being held, Nazis gained entrance and emblazoned the anti-Semitic symbols.

Police guards were increased around the building.
