The condition of Meier Dizengoff, 75-year-old mayor of Tel Aviv, who is suffering from pneumonia aggravated by a heart ailment, was described today as “somewhat eased” after, physicians said, he passed a quiet night.

Several injections were given him. The pneumonia was a recurrence of an attack he suffered last year.

The report of his cardiac condition was given out following an examination and consultation by Doctors Marcus, Halberstadt and Zondek.
