In a sharp attack on the Palestine administration, Dr. Nahum Goldmann, the Jewish Agency for Palestine’s representative at Geneva, declared today that if further disorders were to be avoided, sweeping reforms would be necessary.

He told a Pro-Palestine Conference here that the Mandatory administration of the Holy Land was “bankrupt at all points.”
