Arabs in Palestine expressed disappointment today over the sudden Iraq Cabinet turnabout at the moment when they hoped Premier Yasin Pasha el Hashimi and his Foreign Minister would visit Palestine to help the Arabs in pleading their cause before the British Royal Commission, according to the Havas News Agency.

British troops have been ordered to hold themselves in readiness for military moves which might be precipitated by the Iraq situation.

The Iraq Cabinet resigned after airplanes had dropped persuasive bombs over the Government buildings. One person was seriously injured and 20 suffered minor wounds in the bombing.
