Berlin Hears Palestine Tourist Ban Lifted

The ban on issuance of tourist visas for Palestine imposed by the British authorities during the recent disorders in the Holy Land was lifted today, effective immediately, according to private cable advices from Jerusalem received by travel agencies here.

The British consulate in New York said yesterday it still had received no order to lift the ban on tourist visas, in effect since the middle of October.
