The British Royal Commission returned to Jerusalem today after a five-day tour of recent trouble centers.

An open meeting is scheduled for tomorrow. On the following day testimony will be heard by the first Jewish witnesses. Although a definite list of Jewish witnesses has not yet been drawn up, it is expected they will be headed by Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, who arrived from Europe Thursday.

Following testimony by Dr. Weizmann and other members of the Agency’s executive, members of the Jewish National Council, representatives of various Palestine Jewish organizations and individuals will testify before the commission.

Meanwhile, the political subcommittee of the World Zionist General Council held an all-day session, which was attended by Dr. Weizmann.

Emir Abdullah, ruler of Transjordan arrived here yesterday, reportedly to influence the Arab Supreme Committee to cooperate with the Royal Commission.
