The prosecutor has begun an action, it was announced today, against two Nationalist leaders for shouting at a meeting of the Municipal Council, “Bravo Another Jew killed:”
The councillors, Advocate Kowalski and Mr. Ozernik, uttered the cry in connection with the murder of Simon Chelmner, son of an orthodox Jewish leader, who was killed in a knife attack. The councillors, if found guilty, may be sentenced to five years’ imprisonment.
