Hadassah Enters First All-woman Slate in Zionist Election

Hadassah has entered the only all-woman slate of delegates for election to the World Zionist Congress which opens in Zurich, Switzerland, August 3. The official ballot, issued by the Zionist central election board, contains five slates, representing the Zionist Organization of America, the Labor Party, the Mizrachi Organization, the Jewish State Party and Hadassah.

The Hadassah ticket, headed by Mrs. Edward Jacobs, of New York, national president of the organization, contains the names of 150 nominees, who are national and chapter leaders of both Senior and Junior Hadassah.
