A BAN ON JEWISH HOTELS WAS SOUGHT TODAY BY THE UNION OF RESTAURANT KEEPERS. IN A PETITION TO THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR, THE UNION ASKED HIM NOT TO GIVE JEWS LICENSES TO OPEN HOTELS IN THE CENTER OF THE CAPITAL, ” TO PRESERVE THE POLISH CHARACTER OF WARSAW.”
