MAYOR WICKOWSKI WARNED MUNICIPAL EMPLOYES IN A CIRCULAR TODAY THEY WOULD BE DEPRIVED OF ALL PRIVILEGES AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PROMOTION IF THEY BOUGHT FROM JEWISH TRADERS, VISITED JEWISH DOCTORS OR HAD ANY CONTACT WITH JEWS.
