Fadul Suleiman Mohammed was hanged today at Acre prison under sentence imposed Dec. 30 by a military court for possession of arms, a capital offense under recently-enacted emergency regulations. He is the third Arab to be executed since the army courts were created Nov. 18 last. Al Liwaa, extremist Arabic daily, was suspended for three months. It had re-appeared five days ago after four months’ suspension.
