Labor members of the Chamber of Deputies, at the special session next month, are expected to introduce amendments to Deputy Ismael Falcon’s anti-immigration, anti-alien bill “to prevent its becoming a weapon in the hands of Fascist Jew-baiters,” reports the weekly Mexican Labor News.

The bill, which seeks to restrict immigration and control aliens is interpreted as “a new offensive of the Fascist and reactionary elements to fan the embryonic spark of Mexican anti-Semitism into a blaze.”
