An attache of the Rumanian legation today attacked with a stick a Jew who was distributing anti-Goga leaflets near the legation. The Jew, a naturalized Frenchman of Rumanian origin, named Skorupka, lodged a complaint with the police against the assailant, whose name was given as Pop.
