With the sale of two large Jewish firms to “Aryans” announced recently, “Aryanization” of the tobacco industry is proceeding at an accelerated rate. The Jewish Telegraphic Agency learns that four or five other large Jewish firms in Karlsruhe, Mannheim and Heidelberg are in varying stages of transfer to “Aryan” interests, with completion of negotiations expected soon.
A previous ban against Jews using the Karl Muellerschen Public Baths at Munch has been extended to all public baths in the city. The town of Rosenheim has likewise barred its baths to Jews.
