Former Justice Minister Paul Hymans presided at ceremonie inaugurating the new Brussels University gymnasium presented by Hugo Andriessen Spanjaard, prominent Jewish philanthropist. Last year the philanthropist, who is active in Jewish organizations, fitted up and presented to the university its Institute for Physical Education.
