Primo Villa Michel, Mexican representative at Geneva, has been named to represent the Mexican government at the Evian intergovernmental refugee aid conference, it was announced here today. High government officials have been conferring with representatives of Jewish refugee committee here to outline a suggested course of action for the Mexican delegate. The Jewish representatives were shown written protests by anti-Semitic groups and even labor syndicates against admission of refugees. The protests cite fears as to the effect of new competition.
