Several speakers in the Victorian Chamber of Agriculture today denounced “restrictions imposed on immigration of highly cultured Austrian and German refugees while permitting Italian immigration.” Many Victorian agricultural societies have advised their members to ask for admission of agricultural workers from Greater Germany.
