Lord Allen in Praha for Talks on Refugee Problem

Lord Allen has arrived here from Germany, where he was reported to have told foreign Minister Joachim von Ribbentrop that England expects Germany to permit emigrants to take 20 per cent of their capital with them. During his stay here, Lord Allen will confer with leading members of the Government on the refugee problem, particularly with regard to refugees compelled to enter Czechoslovakia.
