Addressing the International Parliamentary Economic Conference today in the name of Polish Jewry, deputy emil Sommerstein urged that the principle of absolute equality be observed in dealing with problems of emigration. Rejecting religious and racial discrimination among emigrants, Dr. Sommerstein appealed to the world to help establishment of a Jewish State in Palestine.
