Zacharia Levy Karaba, was slain during an attack near the Ben Shemen Colony. Kalman Kelman, an immigrant from Poland, was killed in an ambush at Beer Jacob. The four Arabs were killed when police engaged a band near the Salama village in the vicinity of Jaffa.
