Pope Pius today proscribed Italy’s new racial publication, Dife sa Della Razza (Defense of race), in all Catholic Educational and religious institutions as an immoral Publication. In recent weeks the Pope has frequently attacked the fascist racial doctrine as anti-religious and an “unfortunate imitation of Germany.”
