Thousands of Jews breathed easier today as a result of the Government’s decision not to press the immediate return of Sudeten refugees to their homes, The decision, however, was seen here as only a temporary easing of the emigration problem, which has not been changed by the announcement that 500 visas were available for refugees. None of the recipients were believed to be Jewish.
