Advices from Danzig said today that the Nazi authorities of the Free City have started registration of Jewish property with a view to eventual “Aryanization” under decrees similar to those issued in Germany by Field Marshal Hermann Goering. Albert Forster, Danzig Nazi party leader, has left for Berlin to confer with German authorities, it was further reported. The Nuremberg racial laws, introduced in the Free City of Danzig last week, “will be examined by the League of Nations to ascertain whether they are compatible with the Danzig Constitution, guaranteed by the League,” according to a semi-official declaration published in the Illustratory Kurjer Godzeinny.
