Former Premier Leon Blum, leader of the Socialist Party, plans to go to the United States early in January for an extended visit, parliamentary circles reported tonight. Mr. Blum had intended to visit the United States last month, when a Palestine colony in his name was launched at a dinner in New York, but called off the trip.
