Robert Briscoe, Jewish member of the Government party in the Dail Eirann, announced he will sail tomorrow for the United States on a two-month coast-to-coast tour during which he hopes to see President Roosevelt and Cabinet members in an effort to obtain transfer of 6,000,000 Jews from Germany, Poland and Rumania to Palestine. Mr. Briscoe, who is understood to be acting on behalf of the New Zionist Organization, said he would go direct to Washington on his arrival in the United States and would make his first address in Boston.
