A plea for the strengthening of Hebrew culture and the forging of a spiritual link between Palestine and America was made tonight by Dr. Solomon Goldman, president of the Zionist Organization of America, addressing about 1,000 delegates and guests at the opening session of the 19th annual convention of the Histadruth Ivrith, organization for Hebrew culture, at the Jewish Center here. Abraham Goldberg discussed the expansion of Hebrew cultural activity during the past year in his presidential address.
