Lithuania Suppresses Anti-jewish Incitement

A Cabinet decision to take strong measures against anti-Jewish incitement brought immediate action today when the Government censor suppressed all anti-Semitic articles submitted by the anti-Jewish newspaper Verslas. The Cabinet, at a special meeting, decided to punish severely agitators against Jews and suppress disorders and propaganda for an anti-Jewish boycott, it was learned, after it was stated that Jew-baiting would lead to economic depression and inter-racial irritation.
