Hershel Grynszpan, Polish Jewish youth who is awaiting trial for the assassination of a German Embassy official last November, has refused a publisher’s offer of 200,000 francs (about $60,000) for his diary, it was learned today, on the ground that he did not wish to make capital of his deed.
