Dr. Bernnard Kahn, retired chairman of the European Council of the Joint Distribution Committee, sailed for the United States on the Ile de France yesterday. He was given a banquet Wednesday night by Baron Rothschild, the last of a series of farewell ceremonies marking his final week in Paris.
