A call to renewed insurrection under the slogan of complete independence for Palestine was issued today by a group that called itself the High Command of the Palestine Insurgents.
The tract, widely circulated here, called for continuation of rebellion quite independently of the policy advocated either by the partisans of the Grand Mufti or the more moderate Arab groups led by Ragheb bey Nashashibi and the Arab princes. The appeal seemed, however, to elicit little response from the population generally.
