Negotiations among various Jewish groups to establish an emergency committee to fight Britain’s Palestine policy have been deadlocked, the laborite Hebrew daily Davar reported today, because of the decision of Pinchas Rutenberg not to participate in order not to impair the interests of his Palestine Electric Corporation.
