Hungarian Jewish Firm Penalized for Violating Law Curbing Use of Jews

The Government commissioner for unemployment of intellectuals, who is charged with the carrying out of the anti-Jewish law in commercial and industrial enterprises, has appointed a Government commissar to administer the large textile firm of Guttman and Fexete on the ground that it did not comply with regulations regarding the proportion of Jewish employes it is permitted. One firm was fined 1,000 pengoes and another 700 pengoes.
