Two young Jews who said they had escaped from a Memel concentration camp were arrested here today after they had landed in an exhausted condition on the Riga beach. Without documents, they said they had made the trip from Memel in a small boat. The youths, Leo Rosenblum, 19, and Ber Leper, 18, will probably be handed over to the Memel authorities.
