The police today arrested Gaston Jacqumain, 24, head of the National Legion of Youth Guards, and four other leaders of the Fascist organization, on charges of concealing stolen goods. In a raid on the organization’s headquarters here, the police seized 15 doorplates recently removed from Jewish shops, organizations and synagogues.
