A Jewish woman’s marriage to a British subject was declared void by a court at Ebreichsdorf, Lower Austria, today. She had married an Englishman recently while in Great Britain, and advanced a claim of British citizenship in a suit to regain property at Ebreichsdorf. The court declared the marriage “fictitious” and stated that its object was to retain control of the property.
